A project for kings with 266 acres of land in the Tatlisu region of Famagusta, Northern Cyprus, where royal families used to live.

The project, 127 acres of which is forest land, includes residences for every taste.

In addition to the project consisting of a total of 402 residences, there will also be a boutique hotel with a separate business.

Since the land is sloping, each apartment will have a sea view.

The project, which will have its own beach, pier and marina where a yacht club will be opened, will also include 5 restaurants. 3 of these restaurants will be on the sea side and 2 of them will be inside the site.

Our project, which will provide many social activities such as spa, sauna, massage parlor, sports areas, will also have a Kids club. There will also be an amphitheater with a capacity of 500 people, a supermarket, a treatment/health center and a pharmacy, supermarket and a souvenir shop.

The project's own vineyards will provide opportunities for its own wine production. There will also be an 8 km walking track around the forest land and since the walking area is long, scooters will be placed at certain points.

The project will be delivered in December 2027;

40% down payment and the rest will be paid in installments until the project delivery.
